New layout!

I was getting sick of my old LJ layout...but not quite enough to do anything about it due to my general apathy (actually...just coding/CSS laziness).

But then I joined a couple of new Community communities (because I heart that show, Jeff McHale, and my new 'ship, Jeff/Annie)...community_tv and milady_milord... and the second one in particular had a kick-ass layout that made me pine for a better personal one. So I followed their lead and headed over to fruitstyle and took a look at the custom layouts there and OMG, loved them so much!

So I have a new layout...and I made myself this lovely new icon to go with it. Yes - it's all about the Mad Men, baby :)

So glad this week is over...super busy work week, trying to fight off getting sick (looks like I might have gotten lucky and succeeded there!) and generally bullshittery that has made this weekend super welcome.

Best part of the week? Getting to interview Kellan Lutz from The Twilight Saga: New Moon. I'm not a huge fan of the series but it's always fun to interview and he was a super relaxed, nice, charming guy. Not too bad on the eyes either!

Thinking of heading out to see Pirate Radio tomorrow...hasn't been getting stellar reviews BUT with a cast like that, I know I'm going to like it. Will report back when I do!

My favourite entertainment news of the week? Michael Fassbender is going to play Mr. Rochester in a new version of Jane Eyre!!!! Be still my heart...
